The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:

1. “Client”, “You”, “Your” and “Buyer” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company, on a need to know basis, only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for un-authorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

Confidentiality

We adhere to the principals of the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than [our manufacturer/supplier(s) and] if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of our associated services and products.

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this web site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

Price

The price of the goods shall be the price given on the date you place your order and will be confirmed on your invoice. The price of the goods will include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges may be applicable to your order. Ask for details. Prices correct at time of print. Errors and omissions excepted.

Payment

All major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
We accept the following cards through Braintree: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit and Maestro.

Currencies

We only accept the following currencies: Pounds Sterling (GBP)

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Once an order for a product has been accepted it can only be cancelled in the seller’s absolute discretion and subject to such terms as the seller shall impose.
You will be entitled to cancel an order and receive a refund with us in the following circumstances:
If you are unhappy with the goods, for whatever reason, and notify us before the expiry of 14 days from the date of purchase.
Except when goods are faulty, all goods must be returned, carriage-paid, unused and in their original packaging.
A refund will be reimbursed to you within 28 days from the day after the day on which the cancellation was made. This is subject to us being given reasonable opportunity to inspect and confirm the goods are in acceptable condition for return.
This right of cancellation does not apply to special orders where goods are specifically made to your specification or personalised at your request.
We cannot refund goods that have been damaged while in your possession.

Returns

No product delivered to the buyer, which is in accordance with the contract, will be accepted for return without the seller’s prior written approval on terms to be determined at the seller’s discretion.
The Buyer must return products, carriage-paid, to the seller in their original shipping carton and undamaged within 14 days from the date of purchase in order to receive a full refund.
Returns outside of the 14 day period will be eligible for an exchange or credit up to a maximum of 28 days from date of purchase.
Certain items that are returned will be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us for details.

Deliveries

Check page as this sometimes differs and depends on the product and is subject to road and weather conditions, excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

All delivery dates are estimated only and the time of delivery shall not under any circumstances be of the essence in the Contract. In no circumstances shall the Seller be liable to compensate the Buyer or any other party in damages or otherwise for non delivery or late delivery of the goods or any part or portion of the goods for whatever reason or for any consequential or other loss arising there from nor shall the Buyer’s liability to the Seller be diminished or extinguished by reason of such non delivery or late delivery.

The Buyer must provide a full and valid delivery address with suitable access for the courier.

The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring that they has sufficient particulars of the site and the point of unloading to which the goods are to be delivered.

Delivery will be deemed to have been at the time of arrival at the Destination or if the courier is unable to deliver because of inadequate instructions or the Buyer wrongly fails to take delivery of the goods at the time when the courier has tendered delivery of the goods.

Deliveries are expected to arrive between the hours of 9.00am and 7.00pm on the day of delivery to the address requested (Unless alternative arrangements have been agreed), unless you opt for a premium delivery option: Pre 9am delivery, Pre noon delivery options available. In the event you (or your representative) are not there to receive the goods, there may be a re-delivery charge by the transport company; this will be passed on to you. Most deliveries will require a signature. Smaller parcels may be sent by Royal Mail and will not require a signature.
The Seller shall be entitled to deliver the goods in one or more consignments.
All claims for shortages, discrepancies or non-deliveries must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Waiver
