SLA RENEWALS GIVE PEACE OF MIND TO CUSTOMERS
Service Level Agreements for major clients; easyJet, Monarch Aircraft Engineering & Leonardo Helicopters gives peace of mind.

easyJet, Leonardo Helicopters and Monarch Aircraft Engineering have all renewed their Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Quad Vision this month, ensuring that the continual high performance of their operations and control center video wall systems.

Quad Vision offers 3 levels of SLA – Level 1 Remote Assist, Level 2 Remote Assist and Level 3 On Site Assist ; each bespoke and tailored to the installed system.  Many companies insist on an SLA as part of the purchase agreement in order to assure the continual performance of system critical equipment.
